Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • You may purchase a single session or a prepaid class pack.

  • Class packs are valid for the duration stated at purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law.

  • Sessions must be used within the validity period – no extensions will be granted unless due to injury or illness, with a medical certificate provided.

Intro Offer

Our intro offer of 3 private sessions for $220 is available to new clients only and must be used within 3 weeks of your first session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life happens – but to respect everyone’s time, the following policies apply:

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in loss of session credit.

  • No-shows will also result in forfeiture of the session.

  • If you’re unwell, please reach out – we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling on compassionate grounds.

Health & Safety

  • All clients must complete a Health & Medical Intake Form before attending their first session.

  • Please notify your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or if you become pregnant.

  • Sessions are tailored to your abilities, but participation is at your own risk.

  • If at any point you feel unwell or uncomfortable during a session, please notify your instructor immediately.

  • We may request medical clearance before continuing sessions in certain circumstances.

Pre/Postnatal Clients

  • All pregnant or postnatal clients are required to complete a Pre/Postnatal Screening Form and provide medical clearance prior to participating in any sessions.

  • For postnatal clients, clearance is required up to 12 weeks postpartum.

Tactile Cueing

To support safe and effective movement, Brooke may offer tactile cueing during sessions. If you prefer not to receive hands-on guidance, just let her know - your comfort is the top priority.

Grip Socks

For hygiene and safety, grip socks must be worn during all sessions.

Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive on time for your session.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled at Brooke's discretion.

  • Respect the studio space and equipment at all times.

  • All personal belongings are brought at your own risk - Brooke Croft Pilates is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Personal Responsibility & Liability

By participating in sessions at Brooke Croft Pilates, you acknowledge the physical nature of Pilates and agree to take full responsibility for your health and safety. While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, you agree to release Brooke Croft Pilates from liability for any injuries sustained during sessions, except where required by law.
