Hi, I’m Brooke!

Pilates instructor, mum of two, and someone who’s always believed that movement is a powerful form of self-care.

For years, I worked in the corporate world - everything looked great on paper, but I knew it wasn’t my purpose. I’ve always felt drawn to helping women feel more confident, capable, and connected to themselves. Eventually, I listened to that calling.

Becoming a certified instructor (with a special focus on pre and postnatal movement) opened a whole new chapter - one that finally felt aligned. I co-founded Rebound Reformer Pilates, and more recently launched Brooke Croft Pilates to offer something more personal and intentional. A quiet, private studio in Bowral where women can move, breathe, and feel truly seen.

As a mum, I understand how hard it can be to prioritise yourself - especially in those early, foggy years. And while motherhood is beautiful, it can also be overwhelming and deeply depleting. I want women to feel strong and supported again - not by bouncing back, but by tuning in, moving mindfully, and finding their own version of strength.

This space isn’t just for mums. It’s for every woman, in any season - whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering postnatally, or simply seeking movement that feels like you time. I’m so glad you’re here!

My approach

I created this space in response to everything the fitness world gets wrong: the pressure, the perfectionism, the one-size-fits-all approach. Here, there’s no shouting, no pushing through pain, and absolutely no expectation to ‘bounce back.’

My approach is grounded in gentle, personalised movement that meets you exactly where you are - whether you're pregnant, postnatal, or simply carving out time for yourself. Every session is tailored to how you're feeling that day, with thoughtful guidance, calm encouragement, and a pace that feels good in your body.

Some days that might mean slowing down. Other days, it might mean surprising yourself. Either way, you're supported every step of the way - with movement that honours your body, rather than pressures it to change.

What to expect in class

1:1 personalised sessions, every time

Every session is tailored to your body, your energy, your cycle and your season of life - no cookie-cutter sequences here.

Breath-led, mindful flow

We’ll move with intention - tuning in, slowing down, and using the breath to help calm your nervous system and deepen your connection to your body.

Supportive, pressure-free guidance

You’ll be gently guided with clear, calm instruction - never pushed, rushed or expected to perform.

Strength, softness & space

Some days you’ll want to challenge yourself, others you’ll need to slow right down — and both are equally welcome.

Safe movement for pregnancy + postpartum

With training in pre and postnatal Pilates, I’ll support you with modifications that feel safe, effective and empowering.

A calm, welcoming space

This is your time. You can show up exactly as you are - messy bun, tired eyes and all - and be held in a space that’s all yours.

What you won’t find in my bio

  • Almond cap from Nick’s always

  • Rufus Du Sol Radio (I can never get enough Rufus in my ears!) Moody, melodic, and just the right amount of energy.

  • Chaotic (but I wouldn’t change a thing!)

  • Anything glute-focused - give me scooters, kickbacks, or a spicy side-lying series any day. If you’re walking out of class with a little shake in your legs, we’re doing it right!

  • A little sleep in (8am would be the dream), a slow stroll down Cherry Tree Walk with the kids in tow, and a coffee or juice stop in town (ideally with everyone in a good mood). Sunshine, fresh air, and no rush to be anywhere.

  • Brooke's classes are the perfect balance of control, flow and serious SPICE. Every movement feels intentional and I always leave feeling grateful for my body and what it is capable of - and for Brooke, who holds the space so beautifully.
