Hello! I’m so excited you’re here. I’m Brooke - mum of two, certified Pilates instructor, and co-founder of Rebound Reformer Pilates.
I’ve been practicing Reformer Pilates for over 10 years and now specialise in pre and postnatal movement - but my mission goes beyond that. My purpose is to support women in every season, helping you tune into your body, feel strong in your own way, and carve out space for yourself (even when life is full).
